Kitchen Art Studio Return Policy              Previous Page

We can only accept products for return within 10 days of the receipt date. Defective merchandise may be exchanged for the same item. Non-defective product returns are subject to a 10%* restock fee. A non-defective return must include the package the product was in, the product and paperwork/manuals sent with the product and any other accessories that originally with the product.
Please provide the following information:

  • The full name of purchaser (for example, Jennifer Smith).
  • The condition of the product. Is it opened or unopened?
  • The reason for returning the product.
  • If the product is defective or damaged, please tell us if you want an exchange for the same product.
  1. Once you have a Return Confirmation, ship or drop off the product back to us. You'll need to cover the cost of shipping, unless given alternate instructions from Sales. Please use a shipping company, such as UPS or FedEx, which can track packages. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
  2. When your return has been received and processed, we will credit your account for the amount of your purchase, less shipping, handling, and any applicable tariffs and taxes, or ship you a replacement of your product.
  3. If the product was purchased by a credit card, any credit to your account will appear on your credit card statement as Kitchen Art Studio. For those paying via check or bank transfer, a check will be cut and mailed to you. Credits usually require between four and six weeks to process after credit has been issued.
